Penbryn Beach — Exploring Pembrokeshire in Wales
A small-but-perfectly-formed beach near Cardigan in Pembrokeshire.
We parked at the car park (National Trust) and walked up the hill to the right of the main road - it’s signposted as a public footpath and is part of the Llwybr Arfordir coast path. We stopped at the top to take in the spectacular views and then made our way back down and along the main road to the beach.
We found verdant woodland, golden sand dunes, blue slate cliffs and the occasional cave - although be aware of tide times if you want to explore the caves, we didn’t dare!
