We are Magnus and India; photographers based in Sheffield (UK).
Alongside our photographic commissions we began a self-initiated Greenhouse Tour of the World and started this website in 2015 to serve as an online photo album for ourselves to keep a record of our travels and experiences.
The Haarkon Blog
We like to keep a photographic journal of wherever we go and whatever we see along the way.
Our Instagram account is recommended by British Vogue and Conde Nast Traveller, and our greenhouse travels have been featured by The Daily Telegraph and Suitcase Magazine. We've contributed to Elle Decoration, Remodelista, The Planthunter, Green Gallery, Food52, Design Hunter, Nine Network, in Town & Country Magazine and Stylist Magazine too (both printed).
We had no idea that so many other people would like what we do and we're very grateful for the opportunities that have come our way from sharing these parts of our life. And yes, we are a couple.
As well as running the blog we like to tell stories with our images and produce bespoke photography for a variety of uses - including content creation for social media, campaign imagery, lifestyle photography and art direction. If you like what we do, get in touch.
And if that’s not enough for you, India also photographs awesome weddings.
Although we’re based in Yorkshire we love to travel and often find ourselves in different parts of the country (and much further if required). We like to make the most of our time away and make it feel less like work and more like an adventure. It isn't a 9-to-5 kind of job and that makes life interesting.
