You will also see our Privacy Policy, which together with our terms and conditions, form the terms of our relationship with you whilst using this website. 


Product inventory levels in our store are in real time, so you should not be able to order a product which is out of stock. If this does happen we will get in touch straight away to offer a refund or alternative delivery date. Your order is only confirmed once payment is received.

We use Stripe, PayPal and Apple Pay to process payments for orders on our website, this means that we do not hold or store any credit/debit card data.  

The photography on our website aims to represent our products as true to life as possible. We do our best to ensure true colour representation however there may be some slight variance due to the way some screens display colour. Some products may not be to scale, please check measurements.  


All orders will be sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Standard (untracked) and priced as follows;

United Kingdom — £3.50

Europe — £6

Rest of The World — £8.50

We aim to process orders within 2 working days unless otherwise stated (for example pre order products will be processed on the date specified in the product description); you will receive email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

International Orders

All international orders are welcome; we will dispatch as usual, though your order may take a little longer to reach you (please allow 2 weeks.) You'll be notified via email when your order has been dispatched. 

Delivery charges for international orders are calculated at checkout. If you have a query about international orders please email hello@haarkon.co.uk

If making an international order please include a phone number to ensure your local courier can contact you if required. 

International orders may be subject to local customs or duty charges; these are not included in your payment to us and you may be liable to pay these charges locally on request.


If you change your mind about your order we offer a full refund on return of the item(s) so long as they are returned in a saleable condition, please note that we are unable to reimburse the cost of postage. This does not apply to prints and pre order items as they are made to order.

Before returning an item please let us know of your intention by sending an email to hello@haarkon.co.uk within 14 days of ordering.
